Yes, in general bus tickes are e-tickets. After a successful booking you will receive a booking confirmation immediately by email. You have to show your booking confirmation and the booking number to the bus operator. It really helps to print the PDF file sent to you by email. Please note that some operators require the following documents at the time of boarding: copy of the ticket (a print out of the ticket or the print out of the ticket e-mail) and proof of identity (Domestic Smart ID Card, Driving license, Student ID card, Company ID card, Passport, etc.). Failing to do so may cause the passenger not being allowed for boarding.How are bus tickets delivered?

It will be treated as no-show. Your ticket cannot be refunded or changed. You have to buy a new ticket.How much luggage can I take with me?
Your luggage should not exceed the standard weight, length, width, height and size of a standard baggage. A backpack/suitcase and some hand-carry is fine, but a bicycle, sofa or washing machine does not fit into the bus or is simply too heavy to carry.May I bring my bike/diving equipment/flat-screen TV with me?
We can not guarantee the reaction of the bus captain nor can we guarantee the transportation of those goods.May I bring my animal with me?
Is my seat guaranteed?
Your seat is guaranteed as long as you have your conformation voucher and your booking number with you. Some bus operators assigning a seat at the time of booking. If this is the case, you will find the seat number on your confirmation voucher. Free seating is provided if you cannot find a seat number on your booking confirmation. However, we suggest to reconfirm the free seating with the bus captain. For guests with an asigned seat: The bus captain has the right to reassign the seat number in case of last-minute operating changes or to accommodate a lady/child/monk/handicapped person. Ferries generally have free seating and do not issue seat numbers on the booking confirmation voucher.Do I have to change buses?
It depends on your booking. If you have booked a direct journey from A to B with one operator, you will usually travel from A to B without changing the bus. If you have booked two journeys (from A to B and from B to C) with different operators, you have to change the bus. Please keep in mind, that you may need to change the location at your intermediate stop due to the fact that both booked operators does not share the same bus stop. We suggest to plan your journey carefully. Tickets with an intermediate stop and different operators are not onward or connecting tickets. Your are responsible and liable for the transfer of your luggage. If the first operator is delayed and you miss the second operator at your intermediate stop, the first operator will not compensate the delay nor will the first operator buy a new ticket for the missed connection of second operator. Frankly spoken: The second operator will treat your missed connection as no-show. Your ticket cannot be refunded or changed. You have to buy a new ticket for the second operator if you miss your connection due to the delay of the first operator.Do you guarantee departure and arrival times?
We are sorry, this is Thailand. We do not guarantee departure and arrival times. Note: Your bus or ferry usually departs on time, but arrival times may vary (especially on long bus routes).Is there a restroom on the bus?
Not guaranteed. VIP busses usually have a restroom on board, other busses may have not a restroom on board. Busses without a restroom will stop along the route more often or on request, if there is a pressing need for a restroom.What do I do if I booked my ticket online but did not receive a confirmation email?
In case a booking confirmation e-mail and SMS gets delayed or fails because of a technical failure or as a result of incorrect e-mail ID / phone number provided by the user etc., a ticket will be considered 'booked' as long as the ticket shows up on the confirmation page.Do I have to print my online ticket?
Yes, please print the PDF confirmation you received by email. If you have paid at 7-Eleven shops in Thailand, the print out slip is your ticket.Can the operator refuse to carry my luggage?
Yes, if your luggage is over the limits specified by the bus operator they will not accept your luggage which is over the limit.Can I have an invoice?
You received a booking confirmation is your invoice.Can I use electronic equipment on the bus?
Yes, common electronic devices (mobile phones, electronic games etc.) can be used on the bus.How should I handle my valuables?
We are working together with official bus operator. They are obliged to guarantee your safety, but it is advisable not to leave your valuables inside your luggage.Why I can't find my origin/destination?
Translating Thai language into English is not always easy. There are many different ways to translate Thai into English. Please give it a try to search again with different letters (Koh Samui, Samui, Kho Samui) or simply select your origin and destination on the map.My luggage was damaged during the trip. What can I do?
